If you or your family feel called to take the next step in your faith walk through baptism, we invite you to fill out the Baptism Request Form below. Whether you are a pastor, church leader, family member, or guest, there is a place for you at this special moment during the Summit. Baptism is a public celebration of a new life in Christ—an act of obedience and unity with the body of believers. We encourage entire families to be baptized together if they wish!

What is Baptism?

Baptism is more than tradition; it is a powerful demonstration of our faith and obedience to Jesus Christ. In baptism, we identify with Jesus’ death, burial, and resurrection, showing the world that our old life has passed and we are raised to new life in Him. It is also a beautiful act of unity—as we go into the water together, we proclaim that we are one family, one body, made new by God’s unconditional love. At the One Memphis Summit, this is your invitation to be part of a citywide celebration, publicly declaring your faith and God’s work in your life.
