Our Programming . . .

Boys to Men: One Memphis Boys Program

Empowering young men from ages 10 to 35, the One Memphis Boys Program focuses on developing strong character and practical life skills. Participants receive mentorship in self-identity, respect, and integrity, while also learning hands-on abilities such as public speaking, painting, and drywall installation. Older youth are encouraged toward leadership and peer mentorship, helping them realize their potential and purpose as they step into adulthood and community involvement.

Girls to Women: One Memphis Girls Program

This program is dedicated to nurturing the character, confidence, and aspirations of girls across Memphis. Through intentional mentorship, participants learn about self-worth, character-building, faith, and leadership. Activities blend personal development with skill-building, equipping girls to grow into empowered women who positively influence their families and communities.

Parents & Families: Grace Mentoring

Grace Mentoring supports women—mothers, daughters, and caregivers—helping them understand their unique purpose and value. Through encouragement, faith-based guidance, and practical teaching, this program nurtures the entire family unit. By empowering parents and caregivers, Grace Mentoring strengthens families from the inside out, multiplying the positive effects across homes and neighborhoods.

Each of these programs is united by the mission to build up individuals, restore families, and strengthen Memphis through love, mentorship, and community action.
